Welcome to Leaf&Pot! The purchase of any goods from this site ( (“Site”) will be governed by these terms and conditions (“Terms”) which include our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by the same. This site is owned and operated by Leaf and Pot (ABN 24 915 138 057) (“Leaf&Pot”) and governs the relationship with the user (“Customer”). Leaf&Pot reserves the right to amend or update this information at any time without providing notice. 

  1. Prices

Prices displayed on this Site in AUD and are exclusive of GST and delivery fees (where applicable). Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Leaf&Pot may change the prices of the products at any time without notice.

  1. Delivery

2.1 General

Advance orders are available upon request for no extra fee. Any supply issues will be notified to the Customer immediately and the Customer will be entitled to receive either a full refund, credit note or replacement product of the same value (at the Customer’s election). 

2.2 Standard Post only 

Products delivered via the "Standard Post" delivery option will be dispatched by a third-party courier ("Standard Post Deliveries"). Gift Packaging Deliveries are available to all addresses in NSW and Victoria.

Leaf&Pot endeavours to ship and deliver Standard Post Deliveries to the Customer within 1 - 3 Business Days of purchase. However, to ensure that the live plant products are not held in warehouses over the weekends, Leaf&Pot will follow the following shipping protocol:

2.3 Gift Packaging Deliveries only 

Products delivered via the "Gift Packaging" delivery option will be dispatched by a third-party courier ("Gift Packaging Deliveries"). Gift Packaging Deliveries are only available to be delivered to addresses located in the suburbs of Sydney contained in the map provided on the Delivery & Returns page ("Courier Delivery Area").

Gift Packaging Deliveries ordered on or before 4:00PM (EST) on a weekday will be dispatched on the next business day and, subject to circumstances beyond the control of Leaf&Pot, will be delivered on the same day. Gift Packaging Deliveries ordered after 4:00PM (EST) on a weekday will be delivered on the following Business Day (Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and NSW or Victorian public holidays). 

If the Customer selects Gift Packaging Delivery to a delivery address outside of the Courier Delivery Area, Leaf&Pot will contact them and offer a refund of the full amount of the purchase and, at Leaf&Pot's sole discretion, provide a revised quote for the cost of delivery to the specified delivery address. 

If the recipient is not home at time of delivery and either the courier or recipient deem there is no safe place to leave the delivery, then the order will be returned to our store and the Customer will be charged a redelivery fee of $15. 

  1. Products 

Leaf&Pot is an online plant and pot retailer. Leaf&Pot will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that everything on this Site is accurate and complete, however Leaf&Pot does not make any warranties or guarantees as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any information, product or materials found on this Site. Purchased products may differ slightly from those displayed in media on this Site however Leaf&Pot will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the products are of a similar size and quality to those displayed.

  1. Refunds 

Leaf&Pot will not issue returns or refunds for any products unless the product is deemed to be faulty or damaged. By purchasing an organic and living plant product from Leaf&Pot, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that their right to rescind the purchase and receive a refund or exchange for a faulty or damaged product is limited to 48 hours from the time of delivery. If the Customer has any other issue with the products, Customers are encouraged to contact Leaf&Pot by email at "" and Leaf&Pot will take reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Customer's issue is resolved or an alternative solution is agreed and implemented. Nothing in this clause is intended to reduce or augment the Customer's rights under Australian Consumer Law.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding anything else in these Terms, Leaf&Pot shall not, under any circumstances be liable to the Customer or any other User of this Site for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages whether based on contract or tort arising out of the Customer’s use or inability to use this Site.  Leaf&Pot’s total liability to the Customer or any other User of this Site shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer to Leaf&Pot for period during which the event giving rise to the liability occurs. This limitation of liability applies in respect of all content, information, products and services available on or through this Site.
