Our Gift Delivery service has been designed to be quite special. Your gift is packaged in a beautiful hat box with a handle and ribbon, includes a personalised note and care instructions, and is carefully courier delivered to the recipient, including a convenient messaging platform to communicate specific instructions for delivery to the courier. 

Our gift delivery area includes any suburb within a 20km radius of Sydney CBD. 

Preferred delivery dates can be specified before checkout, along with the contents of a personalised note, and deliveries can even be made same-day if orders are placed before 11AM

Orders must be placed before 4PM to receive next day delivery. There is no delivery on Sundays. 

If you're in Sydney but outside of our Gift Delivery area, send us a message before placing your order and we'll let you know if our couriers can reach your area, and if there's a price difference for the gift delivery. 

If you select Gift Packaging but are outside of our gift delivery area, we will email you and either offer to refund the full amount of the purchase, or offer you a quote for the difference in courier delivery fee if the address is within the deliverable range.

We've designed our own plastic-free custom packaging to ensure your plants and pots arrive as happy as when they left! 

To ensure plants arrive happy and healthy, we only ship our postal orders Monday-Wednesday. Orders placed after 9AM Wednesday will be sent on the following Monday to ensure the plants aren’t in transit over the weekend.

Orders must be placed before 9AM on Wednesday for same week delivery. 

All orders will be given 'Authority to leave unattended' unless you state otherwise (either in the notes section before checkout, or by contacting us via email). 

Shipping times vary depending on the delivery address, and orders can take anywhere from 0-7 business days to reach their destination. Rest assured, your plant is safe and sound and can handle almost anything on its way to you! And if something does go wrong, we'll fix it! Simply send us a message and we'll either give you a refund or replace the damaged item.
